  • Built from concept to fully operational, profitable and highly successful online flash retail wine website and sold my interest in the summer of 2012.  Business was profitable in its first year and realized double digit growth each year with revenues growing from zero to several millions during its start-up period.  Also, The Wine Spies was recognized by the New York Times as one of the top retail flash sites for wine in 2010.
  • Created and implemented the business and self funded the initial seed capital to establish the company.
